Harvest Road
The landowner had worked with two different housebuilders over a five year period. The result was two failed applications and an unsuccessful appeal. We were introduced by an existing client who was concerned to help the elderly resident of the large dilapidated house find a solution to their housing needs.

We revisited the original application and consulted with the case officer who felt that with minor revision the site could be brought forward for housing. On the basis of positive pre-application advice, we purchased the site unconditionally and exchanged within a three-week timeframe, enabling the landowner to secure his onward purchase.

After careful community involvement involving one-to-one discussions with all affected neighbours, we were successful with consent for four individual detached executive houses.
