About The Project
Beaumont Place was purposely design for the professional rental market. Positioned near the town centre of Egham, and in close proximity to the train station and Royal Holloway College, this property was ideally located for the student and the commuter market.
The Solution
The property was designed to appear as two attached cottages, while including eight self-contained 1-bed apartments. We used a 'fabric first' approach throughout the project (like we do with all of our builds) to ensure the consistently low running costs for tenants. This included; whole house heat recovery, Wi-Fi controlled heating, and acoustic glazing.
The Result
Beaumont Place has been consistent with the mission since completion. Running costs have been kept low, which has been a massive bonus for the tenants and the environment. Because of this, the property has been fully occupied since the build completed.
